 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Drove about 6 hours to purchase an Express Van that was claimed to be in good condition. Paid more than it’s worth and now I’m stuck with it til I can find a motor. Yes, Rico did help by giving $1000 back to help us get it back home. But when telling him that the motor is bad and the head gaskets are blown it’s completely useless for me and my family which really needed this vehicle. Now our family is 6k in the whole and no vehicle to use. Been trying to get in touch with him and he’s ghosted us now. Our Christmas trip is now canceled and now my kids are upset we won’t be able to go to Disney World. We don’t have the extra funds to “Rent” an Express Van as this was supposed to be a good running vehicle. I am disappointed in myself that I let my kids down now. Make sure y’all triple and quadruple check any vehicle y’all purchase from here as they may not check out to what they seem.

We have given plenty of time, texts and calls show otherwise that you went ghost. I reached multiple of times and you never called us back or shoot us a text just to keep us updated. In good faith you took a $1000 off but we told you we wanted you to get the vehicle fix and we would come back. You didn’t want to deal with it and kept putting us off. I would have rather taken the money back to get another vehicle but now I’m stuck with it and have to find another motor for it. We said the inside vehicle was in good condition but motor has a blown head gasket and had to have it hot shot back to our home town and spend more money on a rental just to get back home of a 6 hour drive. So again, I stand on it when I say do NOT buy anything from them. They are a rip off and do not communicate in a timely manner as it has been almost 4 months now. I have pics and videos of how the car operated the SAME day it left the lot. Leaking, Smoking, and Shaking Real Bad! Told you we would bring the vehicle back to the dealer and he kept saying “No, I’m gonna make some calls” days and weeks went by and NOTHING.

If you give them a call, they don't even answer the phone with the name of the company. It goes straight to a porter or cleaning person that calls himself the owner. My suggestion would be to go anywhere else but this place.
